Reformer Pilates
Experience Pilates on the reformer, a specialised apparatus with adjustable resistance that both supports and challenges the body. Each movement flows with intention, combining controlled resistance, fluid motion and precise guidance.
At Ruh, we work in with high quality equipment from the Elina Pilates Elite line, ensuring comfort, precision and optimal support in every session. The reformer helps you build deep strength, improve alignment and enhance flexibility, while developing mindful control and a deeper connection to every movement.
To maintain the quality of attention and guidance, our groups are limited to 8 people. In a larger setting, individual needs can easily fade into the background. Your body, spine, pelvis and strength are unique, and require personal attention. Without it, it becomes easy to compensate incorrectly or move in ways that don’t truly serve your body. Keeping the group small allows us to guide, correct and support you closely, so you can move with confidence and clarity.
FAQ's Reformer Pilates
We offer 2 different reformer levels to support your progression (level 1 & 2), as well as selected women only classes within the schedule.
Level 1: All Levels & Beginners
Our Level 1 classes are the ideal starting point if you are new to reformer Pilates or if you prefer a slower, more guided pace.
You will learn the fundamentals of the reformer, focusing on posture, breathing, control and alignment.
These sessions help you build a strong foundation, develop body awareness and move with confidence before progressing to the next level.
When starting at Ruh, we ask you to follow three Level 1 classes before joining other reformer sessions, unless otherwise discussed with one of our teachers.
Level 2: Regular & Intermediate Classes
Our Level 2 classes are designed for those who are familiar with the reformer and ready to deepen their practice. Expect more dynamic sequences, increased resistance and greater coordination challenges, while maintaining precision and control.
These sessions build strength, stability and flow, allowing you to progress safely while continuing to refine technique and alignment. The pace is faster and the sequences are more dynamic.
Private Pilates
Private Pilates at Ruh offers a fully personalised experience tailored to your body, your goals and your pace. With one-on-one guidance, we focus on precision, alignment and mindful movement, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
During these sessions, we work across the full classical Pilates apparatus, including the reformer, tower, cadillac, chair, high barrel and spine corrector. This variety allows us to support, challenge and progress your body in a thoughtful and effective way.
Whether you are new to Pilates, refining your technique, recovering from injury or working toward specific goals, private sessions offer the most attentive and tailored guidance. Each movement is carefully adapted to your needs, helping you build strength, improve mobility and move with greater ease and confidence.
On-time Policy
Our on-time policy requires that you arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class.
Bring anti-slip socks
All you need is your favorite workout set and anti-slip socks. These are required for hygiene and safety reasons. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio before class.
Pregnant
If you are pregnant, we kindly ask you to contact us before booking your first class. Your first session should be booked as a private lesson, allowing us to guide you safely and tailor the exercises to your needs.
During your private session, we’ll assess which group classes you can join and plan the next steps
10-hour cancellation policy
A 10-hour cancellation policy applies to all membership bookings.
You can cancel your class free of charge up to 10 hours before it starts, and your credit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel later or don’t show up, we unfortunately can’t refund your credit, as a spot was reserved for you. If this happens, we kindly ask you to still cancel your booking so another client can take your place.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a powerful practice focused on core strength, control and alignment. Using your own body weight as resistance, each movement builds stability, flexibility and awareness from the inside out.
In addition to classic Pilates exercises, expect creative flows using props such as weights, ankle weights, rings, and balls to create a dynamic workout. Each session beautifully balances technique, strength, flow, intensity, and fun, so you feel challenged and continue to progress every time.
Through guided progressions, you build strength, mobility and coordination at your own pace. A dynamic flow that is accessible for all, yet challenging for everyone.

Stefanie
Head Instructor and the heart behind RUH
Comprehensive Peak Pilates Instructor L1
Stefanie’s journey in movement began early. She trained in ballet from the age of 2.5 until 20, developing a deep appreciation for precision, control, and mindful movement, qualities that still define her teaching today.
Almost 10 years later, she discovered Pilates while seeking balance alongside her demanding career in law. She fell in love instantly. What started as a personal search soon became a true passion. After the birth of her daughter, Stefanie followed her energy toward Pilates.
She earned her Comprehensive Peak Pilates Certification and immediately enrolled in Level 2 to deepen her expertise and deliver the highest standard of teaching. Today, she pours her heart into creating a space where movement, mindset, and connection become one.
Paulina

With a background in fashion and experience as a stylist, Paulina has always been drawn to aesthetics and movement. Pilates first became a way to step away from office life, but quickly grew into a true passion.
During pregnancy, she experienced its deeper benefits, which inspired her to change direction and support others in building strength, improving posture, and reconnecting with their bodies.
She has completed her Comprehensive Peak Pilates certification and is continuing with Level 2 training. Alongside teaching, she still enjoys working on freelance fashion projects and has a strong appreciation for beauty and aesthetics.
